While using any of the payment methods described on the website for your purchases, Furnish Lap will neither be responsible nor assume any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to the following reasons:

  • Lack of authorization for any transaction
  • Exceeding the pre-set transaction limit mutually agreed between you and your bank
  • Any payment-related issues arising during the transaction
  • Decline of transaction for any other reason

Steps to Avail EMI:

  1. At checkout, select the Credit Card / Debit Card / EMI option
  2. Choose EMI
  3. Select your bank issuing the credit card
  4. View available EMI plans with tenure and interest rates
  5. Select a suitable plan and complete payment with your card details

EMI Terms & Conditions

  • Furnish Lap is not responsible for any disputes arising due to non-conversion of transactions into EMI. Customers must check the status of EMI approval with their issuing bank.
  • Each bank has its own eligibility criteria and minimum transaction value for EMI options.
  • Once an EMI request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed until approved or rejected by the issuing bank.

Currency Policy

All payments must be made in Indian National Rupees (INR) only. Furnish Lap does not support transactions in any other currency.

Payment Facility Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that Furnish Lap’s payment facility is not a banking or financial service. It is only an online payment facilitator using authorized banking infrastructure and payment gateways.

Furnish Lap does not act as a trustee or fiduciary for any transaction. By initiating a purchase, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Furnish Lap to pay for the selected products through your issuing bank.

Additional or Hidden Charges

There are no hidden charges on purchases made on Furnish Lap. Shipping and handling are generally free.

However, a 2.5% processing fee may apply on discount coupon transactions. This fee includes applicable government taxes associated with the discount and is borne by Furnish Lap.

Electronic Payment Processing

  • All card payments are processed through secure payment gateways or banking networks authorized by issuing banks.
  • Furnish Lap does not store any credit or debit card information.
  • Online bank transfers are processed via the respective issuing bank’s secure gateway and are governed by the terms of the customer’s bank.
